Purpose of the Carroll County Cloggers
To establish a nonprofit club, which shall promote, through education and participatory activities, the dance from know as clogging. To this end, the club shall endeavor to educate its members and the general public in the fine art of clog dancing by promoting public performances.
In order to sustain the club in its stated purpose the corporation shall have the power to receive and administer funds for educational and public purposes, and to purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire property which is shown to be necessary for the production, promotion, and
maintenance of clogging related activities.
